Job Description / Responsibility
Consultant – HR Development Specialist -Training needs assessment/dev. of individual working plans
The consultant will be limited involved in the training needs assessment and preparation of the individual work plans.
Duration: 60 days, Assignment starts: October, 2012; Assignment ends: January, 2013; Three missions: October, November- 2012 & January- 2013
Conducting training needs assessments.
Preparation of individual work plans for members of staff of BBTA and BIBM dealing with and/or is expected to be involved in SME financial services training development, and development of a Human Resource Development Strategy.
Development of Implementing Actions Plans for BBTA and BIBM.

Minimum 5 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of financial institution experience from HR functions with people development;
At least 2 years of experience in training needs assessment, and designing of development plans based on skill gap analysis;
HR experience fromBangladesh;
Documented experience in successful co-implementation of organizational development strategies;
Familiar with SME banking is considered as an advantage; and
Analytical, extravert, and ability to communicate at all levels.
