Job Description / Responsibility
GIZ invites applications from suitable candidates for the position of “Social Compliance Adviser” with the duty station inDhakafor PSES project.
Coordination with all NGO related programs.
Conceptualization and implementation of activities to develop capacities of partner NGOs.
Development and update of regularly work plans, budget and payment schedules.
Planning and implementation of relevant training and workshops activities.
Monitoring NGO activities regularly.
Assessing frequently the development impacts of NGO activities, and examine, verify, evaluate technical reports, financial reports, and operational / managerial process.
Documenting monitoring and evaluation findings.
Conducting training as required and developing strategies and technical concepts including guidelines and manuals.
Assessing the training impacts and document accordingly.
Assisting in writing reports and translations.
Compiling best practice reports.
Supporting public relation activities for the project/program.
Facilitating workshops, meetings and seminars with relevant local organizations and Non-government bodies.

Educational Requirements
Minimum university graduate in any discipline.
Experience Requirements
4 to 5 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
At least 04 to 05 years’ related job experience
Experience in working with NGOs and garments workers will be given preference.
Substantial knowledge on Bangladesh Labour Act 2006 and other related Acts
Sound knowledge on Computer applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good speaking and writing skills in both English and Bangla
Report writing skill
Previous work experience inGermanyand German language skills will be considered as an asset.
