IT Service Delivery Manager 
Ref: BAG/GI/3

Reporting to the Group Chief Information Officer, the IT Services Delivery Manager will be responsible for providing vision and leadership in developing and implementing information technology services strategic and operational initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the formulation and implementation of the IT strategy
  • Define and articulate the IT Services Delivery vision
  • Manage service delivery to IT customers promoting the continuous improvements of productivity, service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Act as the primary interface to the business users; responsible for establishing strong working relationships, understanding business direction, impending changes and ensuring the customer leverages value from IT infrastructure services and capabilities
  • Own the IT communication strategy and ensure timely, concise and effective communication
  • Design, implement and manage IT infrastructure services.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Experience
  • A bachelors degree in Computer Science/Technology Management – Master degree will be an added advantage
  • ITIL Service Delivery Certification
  • 8 years’ experience in IT Services Management 4 years of which should be in a senior leadership position and service level management
  • Significant strategy experience in a business and technology focused IT environment
  • Proven experience of contract negotiation and supplier management
  • Strong customer service skills and orientation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to motivate teams to high performance.
